Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Compliance Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth using modern, AI‑powered sales methodologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment, understands how to build and optimize a sales pipeline from scratch, and knows how to leverage AI tools to generate high‑quality, qualified leads.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and proactive — someone who can design and execute sales and marketing campaigns, manage CRM workflows, and consistently deliver measurable results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Development

  • Build, manage, and optimize the full sales pipeline for a growing startup.

  • Develop and execute AI‑enhanced lead generation strategies.

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture high‑value prospects using data‑driven methods.

  • Create and manage outbound and inbound sales campaigns.

AI‑Driven Lead Generation

  • Use AI tools and automation platforms to identify and capture high‑quality leads.

  • Implement AI‑powered scraping and enrichment workflows (e.g., LinkedIn scraping).

  • Analyze lead data to improve targeting, segmentation, and conversion rates.

Sales Operations & CRM Management

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce).

  • Track KPIs, build dashboards, and ensure data accuracy.

  • Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline health.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and lead nurturing.

  • Coordinate with finance using QuickBooks Online for invoicing and revenue tracking.

  • Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure customer success.

Project & Campaign Management

  • Use Asana (or similar tools) to manage sales projects, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate multi‑channel sales and marketing campaigns from planning to execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing sales operations for a small or medium‑sized startup.

  • Strong understanding of modern sales processes, funnels, and lead‑gen strategies.

  • Expertise in generating and qualifying high‑quality sales leads.

  • Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered sales tools and automation platforms.

  • Experience with LinkedIn scraping and list‑building workflows.

  • Proficiency with:

    • HubSpot CRM or Salesforce

    • QuickBooks Online

    • Asana

    • Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time‑management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and execute in a fast‑moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS, AI, or technology products.

  • Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI model workflows.

  • Background in B2B sales, enterprise outreach, or startup growth roles.
